  • Supply Chain Security Proxy – A proxy layer that protects against threats from third-party integrations, supply chain attacks, and unauthorized data loss prevention (DLP) risks.
  • Cookie Consent Management – A website snippet that manages user consent for cookies and tracks compliance with relevant data protection laws.
  • LLM Interaction Security Proxy – A proxy that protects against DLP when interacting with large language models (“LLMs”) and other generative AI platforms.
  • Anonymization Proxy – A proxy for anonymizing user IPs and related data to assist with GDPR and other privacy compliance requirements.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any Service at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
  • Will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

Some Services may require you to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Processing: By using the Services, you grant us the right to process, store, and transmit data as necessary to provide the Services.

Compliance: We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Consent Tools: The Cookie Consent Management Service provides tools, but you remain responsible for configuring and deploying them in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.

12. Termination
