The SiteWall interface uses a persistent project selector, feature navigation, global search, list filters, tabs, detail drawers, status badges, and deep links. Confirm project context first; use list pages to narrow records; open the detail view for authoritative context; and preserve a direct link when handing work to another reviewer.
What to review
Use the following table to understand how each area supports the task.

| Navigation | Review navigation in the active project, follow the linked source record, and preserve its observation, interpretation, and owner decision context. |
| Project context | Confirm the active organization and project, the person or team accountable for the change, and the role required to perform it. Verify the resulting access or ownership state from a second authorized context when practical. |
| Search | Narrow the current project’s records before interpreting totals or opening a detail view. |
| Conventions | Review conventions in the active project, follow the linked source record, and preserve its observation, interpretation, and owner decision context. |
Apply the reference

Open a representative source record
Use the project selector to choose the website you intend to review, then open Dashboard in the left navigation. Confirm the organization, project, and monitored domain before interpreting a record or changing a control.

Read the field with its context
Interpret the value with its entity type, project, observation window, state, and source link. Do not compare values collected under materially different conditions as if they were equivalent.

Carry the definition into the workflow
Use the field to navigate or prioritize, then make the operational decision in the provider, resource, session, finding, policy, or evidence workflow that owns it.
